2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of our website, content and online enquiry channels.

Browsing this website or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, create a service contract. Separate written quotations, agreements or product terms apply to the specific services we provide.

If there is an inconsistency between these general website terms and an agreed service contract, that service contract will govern the relevant service, subject to applicable law.

3. Our Services

Treasia Group’s business activities may include:

  • Business and corporate setup support.

  • Digital and IT services.

  • Workforce and outsourcing coordination.

  • Licensing and application support.

  • Accounting and bookkeeping administration.

  • Vehicle rental and mobility services.

  • Agricultural commodity sourcing and exports.

Specific offerings, availability and eligibility vary. Some services are performed under separate business or trading names, quotations and agreements.

4. Acceptable Website Use

You must use our website lawfully and must not:

  • Provide misleading information.

  • Interfere with website systems or functionality.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our website or systems.

  • Misuse contact forms or online enquiry channels.

  • Reproduce protected content for commercial purposes without permission.

We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of our operations.

5. Information and Professional Advice

Website content is provided for general information and business purposes.

Although we aim for accuracy, content may change and may not reflect individual circumstances, current regulation, commodity markets or third-party requirements.

Unless expressly supplied by an appropriately qualified or registered professional under a separate engagement, our services do not constitute:

  • Legal advice.

  • Registered tax or BAS agent services.

  • Financial product advice.

  • Regulated migration assistance.

We do not act as a government agency or approval authority.

6. Enquiries, Proposals and Quotations

Information submitted through our website is an enquiry only and does not guarantee acceptance, availability or pricing.

Quotations are subject to their stated validity periods, scope, assumptions, availability and written terms.

We may request additional information before confirming services. An agreement is formed only when the parties accept the relevant commercial terms in the manner specified.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in the relevant quotation, invoice or service agreement.

Government fees, freight, insurance, third-party charges and other disbursements are separate unless expressly included.

Payments must be made on the agreed terms. Any late-payment or administration charge must be disclosed in the applicable contract and comply with the law.

8. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Refund and cancellation arrangements depend on the service and its applicable contract.

Amounts paid, completed work and committed third-party costs may be relevant to a refund assessment, subject to the law.

Nothing on this website excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule for all services.

9. Business and Licensing Assistance

We may assist with business setup, registrations, administrative filings, licence applications, supporting documents and procedural coordination.

The responsible government department or other authority determines any outcome.

We do not guarantee approval, eligibility, processing times or regulatory outcomes. Customers remain responsible for accurate information and their own legal obligations.

10. Digital and IT Services

Website design and development, marketing, SEO, IT support and other technology services are provided under agreed project scopes.

Deliverables, milestones, ownership, hosting, maintenance and support are addressed in the relevant contract.

Specific Google rankings, advertising results, website traffic or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed and legally supportable.

11. Workforce and Outsourcing Solutions

Workforce sourcing, remote staffing, offshore outsourcing and back-office support depend on the agreed service scope.

Employment status, remuneration, supervision, confidentiality, data handling and regulatory obligations are defined in the relevant agreement.

Our general website descriptions do not represent a formal employer-of-record service.

12. Mobility and Vehicle Rental

Vehicle hire through Treasia Mobility Solutions is subject to a separate Vehicle Rental Agreement.

This agreement covers matters including:

  • Driver eligibility.

  • Payments and deposits.

  • Insurance.

  • Vehicle use.

  • Tolls and fines.

  • Vehicle return.

  • Damage responsibility.

Website statements are not a substitute for the signed rental contract. Customers should read the applicable agreement before collecting a vehicle.

13. Agricultural Exports and International Trading

Treasia Agricultural Exports sources and trades dry grains, pulses and other agricultural commodities, with Australian Kabuli chickpeas as a flagship product.

Website descriptions, grades, quantities, prices, packaging and shipment schedules are indicative until confirmed in a written sales agreement.

Transactions may require export and import approvals, product inspection, quarantine and phytosanitary documents, customs procedures and freight arrangements.

Delivery obligations and risk allocation are governed by the agreed contract and, where used, identified Incoterms (for example FOB, CFR or CIF).

A permit or registration applies only within its stated scope and conditions. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for obligations allocated to them by contract and applicable law.

14. Customer Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when making enquiries or engaging our services.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to assess requests, perform services, verify identity or comply with legal obligations.

We may decline an enquiry or act under an existing agreement where materially false information is provided, subject to applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, our website text, logos, branding, design and other content are owned by Treasia Group or licensed to us.

You may view the website for lawful personal and business information purposes.

Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

We handle information submitted through contact forms and other channels for business enquiries, services and related administration, as described in our separate Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy before providing personal information.

Where required, additional collection notices will be presented with relevant forms.

17. External Links and Providers

Our website may link to government, supplier, payment, freight or other third-party services.

We do not control independent websites or their terms, availability and privacy practices.

Users should check applicable third-party conditions before relying on or transacting through those websites.

18. Website Availability

We take reasonable steps to maintain website functionality and security.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance or errors may occur.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, general website content is supplied without a guarantee that it will suit every user’s circumstances.

We do not accept responsibility for reliance on unconfirmed general information or independent third-party content beyond the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Amendments

We may update these website Terms and the services described on our website.

Updated Terms will show a revised effective date.

A change to these website Terms does not automatically amend a separately signed service agreement.

21. Complaints and Disputes

Please contact info@treasiagroup.com.au with concerns about our website or services.

We aim to review concerns fairly and respond within a reasonable period.

Either party may exercise any rights or remedies available under the applicable law.

Disputes may be heard by courts of competent jurisdiction.
